At SimplySwecha, our mission is to deliver the warmth and authenticity of home-style flavours to your doorstep, from fiery non-veg pickles and wholesome sweets to traditional snacks, powders, papads, and dry fruits.

We take great care in sourcing, preparing, and packing our products, ensuring they reach you fresh, safe, and flawless. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues can occur, and this policy outlines how we handle such cases.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions:
We will gladly address the following concerns if reported within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Incorrect item(s) delivered
  • Incomplete order (missing items)

In such cases, please notify us immediately by providing:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product(s), packaging, and invoice
  • Brief description of the issue

3. Refund & Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and verified by our support team:

  • A replacement of the same product will be arranged, OR
  • A full/partial refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment

Refund Processing Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of claim approval. We will keep you informed at every stage via email or phone.

4. Exemptions

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Requests raised beyond 24 hours after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference (as flavours are subjective)

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled by customers only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is processed and handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled.

Perishable Items: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please notify us within 12 hours

Eligibility of returns

Non-Perishable Items: Unopened and unused items can be returned within 2 days of delivery.

Return process

Contact customer support within 12 hours for damaged or incorrect items, providing details i.e., videos and photos.
We will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

Non-returnable items

Opened perishable items and custom orders cannot be returned.
