2. Order Processing

  • All orders placed on www.simplyswecha.com are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer simple, transparent shipping charges:

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹60 shipping fee for orders below ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available to ensure product safety and efficient logistics.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your:

  • Courier partner’s name
  • Tracking number

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.
  • Deliveries to remote, restricted, or non-serviceable pin codes may be unavailable or subject to extended delivery times. We’ll notify you if your pin code is affected.

7. Packaging & Food Safety

Your orders are packed using food-grade, hygienic, and tamper-proof packaging to maintain product quality and safety during transit.

8. Undelivered / Reattempt Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt a redelivery.
  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged upon customer’s request and additional shipping charges.

While we aim for timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control (like natural calamities, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

Currently, international shipping is not available.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat fee applies for orders below ₹1000 (i.e., Not exceeding ₹150) .
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, an additional fee may be charged, and we will notify you of any additional shipping fees at the time of checkout.

Delivery Time

Metro Cities: Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
Non-Metro Cities: Orders are delivered within 4-5 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery time may be affected by factors like holidays, weather conditions, or transportation strikes, which could cause delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

Non-Serviceable Areas
